Frequently Asked Questions
I am a first time retail customer who wishes to sell Paperblanks® and/or Paperplus®. How do I order?
We recommend that first time retail customers contact our customer service representative and/or distributor in their area, who will be able to provide a comprehensive overview of our products and will help with the ordering process. Retailers may also refer to our order form for ordering instructions, or may contact customer service.
Why doesn’t Paperblanks® sell directly to consumers?
We support retailers by giving them exclusive sales to the marketplace. We do offer a website feature that allows customers to find a retailer in their neighbourhood; please click here.
What is the difference between an unlined journal and a sketchbook?
A sketchbook requires a specific and special paper that is heavier and has a higher opacity than our regular paper. Our unlined journals are designed to take ink from a pen beautifully as well.
As a retailer, what is the latest date that I can return dayplanners for a full refund?
Please contact us for information regarding the date that applies to your country. Dayplanners can be returned through your sales rep or by calling customer service for assistance.
Why aren’t the Paperplus® products in the Paperblanks® catalogue? What is the difference between Paperplus® and Paperblanks®?
They are two distinct product lines. Paperblanks® represents a marriage of imaginative art and journals. The Paperplus® line is more specific to certain markets, and includes books that aren’t necessarily journals (such as passport folios, etc). We would like our retailers and customers to think of these product lines separately, and therefore have created separate catalogues.
I was on your Paperblanks® website but couldn’t find any information about Paperplus®.

What are the foam pouches made from? Are they made from recycled material? Can I recycle them?
The foam pouches are made from EPE (expanded polyethylene) foam, a recyclable soft plastic. Some recycling companies do not accept this type of plastic; please check with your local recycling center for more information, and for proper recycling procedures.
Where can I find a certain style or item I am looking for?
On the website you can browse through our collection by filtering features such as size, format, binding, and style. Try it!
