Sizes & Formats
Our dot-grid planners are available in three size formats:
The ultra format, our first size released, allows for maximum planning space (note: limited quantities remain).
To offer a more portable option while still affording a large planning surface, our second season of dot-grid planners is available in the maxi format.
For Spring 2024 we have also introduced a midi format, so that people on the go can take their dot-grid planner anywhere they need to be.
Closures

Elastic Closure
Beginning with our Fall 2023 collection, elastic band closures have been added to selected Flexi Dot-Grid Planners in the maxi and midi size, allowing them to expand to fit your needs as you fill your Dot-Grid Planner with creativity over time.

No Closure
Sometimes you just want to your Flexi notebook to live without limits – that’s why a selection of our Flexis offer no closure at all.
Stencil *
Looking to take your planner to the next level but not sure where to start? Our first season of ultra size dot-grid planners comes with a specially designed stencil which includes a variety of commonly used bullet journalling shapes, plus a ruler!

Binding
Smyth Sewn Binding
We take the durability of our products seriously and bind all our books using the sturdy yet incredibly flexible Smyth sewn technique. In the classic art of bookmaking, the sewing together of signatures (paper folded into groups of eight, sixteen or thirty-two pages) is seen as the heart of a well-made book, and we have followed this tradition in creating Paperblanks books.

We are proud to give credit to the talented individuals and artistic movements that have inspired our designs. The back endpaper of every book contains credit and copyright information, as well as a fascinating historical background for the original artwork.
Paper
Paper Quality
Inside every flexi dot-grid planner is our authentic laid paper in an eye-pleasing cream colour. The text paper in our first season of dot-grid planners (ultra size) has a paper weight of 100 gsm, while the text paper used for our second season (maxi size) has been upgraded to 120 gsm.
The gsm for all products can be found on the individual product pages.
Paper Sourcing
Considering the environmental impacts of doing business is important to us. That’s why all of our paper is derived from sustainable forest pulp, our binder boards are made with 100% recycled materials and we use paper that is FSC-certified in all of our books.
