Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once you have finalized your order and it has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please wait until your order arrives and then contact our Customer Service Team to request a return.

Please note: Unless an item is defective or damaged, all return shipping will be at the expense of the customer and a tracking number will be required for the return shipment to be processed.

I received my order, but I do not like the item or have changed my mind. How can I return it?

Once your order has been delivered, you have 15 business days to submit a return request. Please use the Contact Us form so that our Customer Service Team can process your return request. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for return, and we will send you return instructions via email.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 30 days, after the item has been received and reviewed, and you will receive email confirmation at the address indicated on the order. Goods must be returned intact, undamaged and bearing their original labels; it is not possible to reimburse for goods that are incomplete or damaged by the user.

Please note: All return requests received after the 15-day period, except in the case of a damaged or defective product, will be refused. Unless an item is defective or damaged, all return shipping will be at the expense of the customer, and a tracking number will be required for the return shipment to be processed.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return items?

If your returned items make your order fall below the qualifying amount for the free gift, you will need to return the free gift in order for your refund to be processed. This does not include defective/damaged or incorrectly received items.

I have received a different item than the one I ordered. What should I do?

Before contacting our Customer Service Team, please check your order confirmation to verify the incorrect item, then use the Contact Us form. Please be sure to include your phone number and we will be in touch with instructions for return.

If it is deemed that there was a mistake on our end in shipping, we will ship the correct item to you at our expense.

I have received a defective or damaged product. What should I do?

Should the product you receive be damaged or defective, we will assume full responsibility. Please contact our Customer Service Team through the Contact Us form and provide your order number and a photo of the faulty product as reference.

The refund will be processed within 30 days directly back to the payment method used to make the purchase, and you will receive email confirmation at the address used to place the order. It is not necessary to return the faulty product.

Can I exchange a product purchased from paperblanks.com at another store?

No. Returns and exchanges for all products bought directly from the Paperblanks website must be processed through our Customer Service Team and returned via the methods listed above.
